User Content

Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardian Digital Studios, L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or within our services, or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
